We wanted to take a moment to endorse the new "ProStrip" product you have recently provided us with on our battery pack jobs. This set of tooling has helped us tremendously with our make ready times and run speeds on press. One job in particular had over two hundred different strip areas that required 416 bottom pins to be set. With the "ProStrip", we ran the job with no bottom pins whatsoever and our run speed increased by 30%. All orders, which we have converted, to this tooling have had the same success rate.

Thank you for scheduling Joe White to come for the seminar last week. I appreciate the time and effort you took to organize the seminar and the gathering of information for the training. The handouts you provided on proper make-ready techniques and correct counter plate registration will be useful for future new press trainees. I also like the fact you provided a CD-ROM with all the information from the seminar so that I can print out certain pages when needed.
The guys in the die shop also appreciate the time you take to meet with them during your trips to Dopaco. Since they are the one’s who handle Atlas tooling on a day-to-day basis, it’s good that you take the time to listen to what recommendations and concerns they may have in regards to tooling.
