The Millennium "Kiss Cut" Die has been developed in response to converter's requests for a true "kiss cut" die that is accurate and adaptable for most platen presses. The competitively priced Millennium "Kiss Cut" Die features a flat and level die base that reduces make-ready time, is dimensionally stable to tolerances of +/-.005".
DESCRIPTION:
A Millennium "Kiss Cut" Die is made from space age materials to provide a light weight, dimensionally stable die that is impervious to changes in temperature and humidity. Truly a "kiss cut" die, the Millennium Die goes quickly on press without any special attachments, training, and unusual make-ready. Properly maintained, the Millennium "Kiss Cut" Die is a long life die. A variety of die base heights are available from 3/8" to 5/8". The Millennium "Kiss Cut" Die can cut most any shape, including irregular shapes, and is laser cut using the sophisticated CAD program that is used for design and manufacture of all Atlas quality products.
