This is our answer to insuring that all rule can
be leveled across the press platen area.
It reduces make-ready to minutes
instead of hours by eliminating needless spot-up and area underlay.
Features:
- Atlas Die has developed this unique product, through extensive testing on a real press make-ready, not in a lab.
- This material can eliminate up to 80% of the normal spot-up required to get the sheet fully cutting.
- Our material requires no curing. Simply place the mat on top of the chase backer plate. It will compensate about .005” of thickness variation in the platen area, or place under the cutting plate for the same result.
- Made from a space age polymer material, it will last up to 25 to 30 make-readies before replacement is needed.
- Mats are sized to exact press specifications, for all size diecutting equipment. The mats are .040” thick, and require removal or replacement with a thinner dust cover plate, which we can supply.
