Atlas Die, utilizes state of the art waterjet and laser equipment to manufacture superb quality cutting plates and backer plates for all flat bed diecutters.

- We cut our plates using a waterjet machining system, to minimize heat transfer to the finished product, and to guarantee that the temper of the plate is not changed, and also to eliminate warpage.
- All plates are custom cut to fit the customer’s press according to the manufacturer’s exact specifications.
- Atlas Die offers rapid turn around on all plates, including five-day delivery on most Bobst diecutters.
- We provide competitively priced plates that are drilled and tapped to the customer’s machine specifications.
- We have set strict tolerance requirements with our suppliers to ensure that you will receive only the best product we can buy, and we also adhere to the IADD Recommended Specifications.
- We supply plates that are fitted to any skewing system mounted to the customer’s press matching any and all specifications.
- We offer the service of replacing the chase backer plates in our plant. This insures that the plates are installed correctly.
- We use Picard and Bohler steels for all plate types per the customer’s wishes.
