* ProEasySet Embossing Alignment (New Product)
Atlas introduces a new series of products called Proline that will enable our customers to Diecut, Strip, Blank and adjust with exact precision the alignment of embossing at the ultimate speeds that their machine's are capable of running.
This is another innovation in the ProLine series of products from Atlas Die.

The ProEasySet Embossing Alignment System enables the user to easily adjust the registration of the embossing to print with ease. There are many systems out there but none to compare to the new ProEasySet.
The new ProEasySet System allows the user to move the embossing by .001 increments without bulky micrometers that easily confuse the user. This new system allows you to see the movement being made with a click of a turn of this High Tech movement system.
Easy Steps for ProEasySet System using a Tri-Plate construction method:
- Embossing base block is 3/8" Rayform with alignment pins.
- A 1/4" Surface plate is furnished with die-cut shims for correct embossing pressure.
- The surface plate is machined for pinning to the Rayform block.
- The surface plate is then pinned to the embossing pad for positioning precise registration.
- The Embossing pad is then machined with all of the parameters necessary movement for exact registration.
- The new ProEasySet System has .001 registration movement capabilities enabling precise alignment of the embossing plate without losing alignment.
- The die cut shims are easily used for added pressure by removing pinned surface plate without moving the alignment. After adding shims, the surface plate is mounted over the alignment pins. This very quick and easily done with continued exact registration.
