Phenolic Counterplates
Dimensionally Accurate... Rillma individual counterplates offer high dimensional accuracy. Rillma counterplates are produced using the same CAD/CAM information to laser cut the dies. Manufacturing tolerance levels are the same as for laser produced steel rule dies thus providing a true registration.
Easily Attached... Rillma individual counterplates have a self-adhesive backing and are easily attached and removed. Whenever a Rillma counterplate must be changed, the location pins can be replaced and a new counter installed.
Adjustable... Rillma counterplates are individually adjustable. Cumulative discrepancies which may occur with a wood die because of environmental conditions are easily overcome with individual Rillma counterplates.
Fiberglass... Rillma pre-made counterplates are manufactured of specially formulated fiberglass materials.
Cutting Plate... Because Rillma counters attach directly to the cutting plate the original machine cutting plate is used.
Creasing Rule... When using Rillma counterplates, the creasing rule must be decreased by the overall thickness of the Rillma counter.
Channel Width and Depth... Atlas Die will custom manufacture Rillmas to your specifications, based upon your own experience and desires.
Proven... The Rillma method has been proven and is used extensively in the U.S. and Europe. The Rillma individual counterplates have proven performance with laser produced plywood base steel rule die.
