Press Ready Tools: Designed utilizing the latest technology, incorporating alignment through centering systems, chase holes and die rubbering appropriate for the tool's application. Atlas Die tools are built to customer specifications using the correct die base material (Maple, Birch, Perma-Plex, Layered Steel, NeverDie Die®, or our newest family member, Gamma Die®) for the job at hand with pre-nicking to reduce customers' pre-make-ready and make-ready time.

Dies:

Laser Steel Rule Dies The oldest member of the Atlas Die Family of Products, the Laser Steel Rule Die is a general use, all purpose die.
Perma Die® The Perma Die® from Atlas Die enhances long run, high usage diecutting performance.
Rayform Dies A polymer die board that increases dimensional stability, strength, and resistance to warping over conventional die board material.
Gamma Dies The newest member of the Atlas Die Family of Products, the Gamma Die is a lightweight, dimensionally stable die with the exacting tolerances and accuracy.
NeverDie Die® The die board with unlimited re-knifes and a patented ball bearing system for instant seating of all rules. Several versions are available with stainless steel, fiberglass or aluminum top and bottom plates.
NeverDie Die® XL HD Built to the same tolerances as the NeverDie Die, except this version has a base material that is 33% lighter in weight, offering less strain on the die chase and press for those large linear inch die files.
Steel Counterplates Designed to meet converter needs, both counterplate materials eliminate hand skiving of timpin, reduce press down-time and produce consistent scoring.
mpower® Rule Specially produced by Sandvik, under the license for the Marbach Group. Mpower® rule has a slight radius (0.02 mm) on the cutting edge. The radius cutting edge is capable of absorbing up to three times the pressure of conventional rule before damage occurs.
Kit Dies Atlas Die solves the problem of loose rules with a unique system called the KIT die. KIT stands for "Keep It Tight"
Posi-Fit System Our patented die inserts that help hold knives in the die, yet allows the knives to be removed and replaced without destroying the holding ability.
Reverse Cut Score A hard, chemically etched, steel plate with a cutting edge used to cut the inside surface of a carton or blank.
* ProEasySet Embossing Alignment (New Product) The ProEasySet Embossing Alignment System enables the user to easily adjust the registration of the embossing to print with ease.
AAA Embossing Option Integrated within the die, can eliminate two stage cutting. Micrometer adjustment tools ensure consistent alignment; as well as ease of transferring alignment to other cavities within the die.
Rillma Phenolic Counterplates Designed to meet converter needs, both counterplate materials eliminate hand skiving of timpin, reduce press down-time and produce consistent scoring.

Stripping Tools:

Marbastrip® Tools Designed to eliminate most bottom pins. All Stripping tools are CAD programmed from the die layout, precisely laser cut in relationship to waste scrap. Registration aids are standard for accurate, fast lock-up, with a centering system incorporated into each tool for increased accuracy.
* ProStrip Tools (New Product) The latest in the Proline series, the ProStrip is quickly becoming the best Stripping method for the converting industry. Using a fully automated system, each Male Stripper is built with special sharpened stripping pins inserted into the die base material with precise height control.
Auto-Perfect Pin Registration Our new bottom stripping pin assembly for all sheet fed diecutters eliminates the time consuming process of setting individual pin holders and has built in scrap flow areas to allow for waste extraction.

Blanking Tools:

ABC (Atlas Blanking Concept) Tools Designed to meet converters specialized blanking requirements, whether custom tools or retrofits for older cutting presses. ABC tools include flat-top, steel flat-top, steel grid, inner grid upper/lower and combi-grid tools.
